Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–7 business days. Express shipping typically arrives in 2–3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $100. Kitchenet currently ships within the United States only. Tracking information is sent after an order ships.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in the original condition, and in their original packaging.

After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
